About Monica Salazar
My career has not always been in real estate or property. In fact, I started off my career as a Certified Practicing Accountant living relatively comfortably until one day I found myself battling against what I consider the lowest point in my life.
Growing up as a child of immigrant parents in economically disadvantaged neighbourhoods in the Philippines, I was ingrained with the values of perseverance and resilience from an early age. I was not going to let life take me down but rather I will take hold of my life and find a way out. That was when I discovered property as a solution to bringing myself back to winning in life. My journey is a testament to what I can achieve for my clients.

Having achieved multiple successes in property, I am now pursuing a new phase in my professional career. As a Buyer's Agent I am eager to join you in your property journey and share my passion, experiences and lessons to help you make your goals a reality.

Combining my wealth of experience in business and my passion for investments, I have built a portfolio that puts me in the top 1% of the population with an interest in an investment property. But that did not happen out of pure luck with the market movement or because I was given a head start with an inheritance or because I started well over a decade or so ago. It happened out of rigorous and meticulous planning and strategising and overcoming any hurdles in my way with creative and out-of-the-ordinary solutions.
